At The Mindfulness Matters Institute, we can help you improve your overall sense of well being and with our introductory mindfulness classes, you can begin to feel more at peace and in tune with the life both in and around you.
Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) blends the practices of yoga, meditation, open dialogue, and body awareness. MBSR has benefited many, many people and only by taking that step and exploring it can you find how it can help you. We are offering a free Introduction to MBSR Class in Summit County next Wednesday, November 12th, and we would love it if you would join us. During this class, we will help you focus on becoming more aware and present in the moment, as well as explain the history and legacy of MBSR. If you want to continue on, we will be holding a free Mindfulness Meditation and Movement class the following Wednesday, November 19th.
In every one of our mindfulness classes, we focus on both the individual and the corporate, helping you to find balance in yourself as well as balance with those around you.
