This 1-day retreat is mindfulness-based and will flow through practices taught in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course (body scan, gentle yoga, mindful eating, mindful walking, and sitting meditations).

Who is invited: All former and current MBSR participants; as well as community members who have a regular meditation practice. If you have not taken an 8-week MBSR course, please send me an email to mindfulnessmattersinstitute@gmail.com with the following information;

  • What is your familiarity with mindfulness practices and describe your current meditation practice?
  • What is your experience with a silent retreat?

Pre-registration is required. Space is limited.

Cost: $25 (beverages, snacks, and lunch)
