1-Day Silent Retreat ~ Fall 2017 Breckenridge

*please plan to arrive between 9:30-9:45am
This 1-day retreat is mindfulness-based and will flow through practices taught in the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Course (body scan, gentle yoga, mindful eating, mindful walking, and sitting meditations).
Who is invited: All former and current MBSR participants; as well as individuals who have a regular meditation practice. If you have not taken an 8-week MBSR course with me, please send me an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information;
- What is your familiarity with mindfulness practices and describe your current meditation practice?
- What is your experience with a full day silent retreat?
