KORU BASIC MINDFULNESS WORKSHOP (for general public)

Are you new to mindfulness or want to go back to basics? Koru Basic is a small group workshop, held over 4 weeks, and includes instruction for mindfulness meditation and body/mind practices to improve well-being. Koru is an evidence-based curriculum, developed at Duke University for emerging adults, that has been shown to decrease stress, improve sleep, and cultivates mindfulness and self-compassion.
Both courses limited to 12 participants.
- 75-minute weekly sessions, with meditation, discussion, mind/body skills and mindfulness training.
